I not saying this is the case with TSNPD...lot of times when a trade looks like a sell when really it's a buy....this morning I bought another stock at the bid so naturally it's going to look like a sell.
Isn't it odd that TD just told me that the company (TSNPD) hasn't issued the shares to my account yet the insiders are able to trade in and out post-split.
This is complete bullshit and possibly illegal. I would suspect a massive class action suit! I don't care what people think the price will be: the point is some of us CAN'T TRADE this stock right now so we have no choice.
Once everyone gets their shares and many take profits, it could cause a panic for a bit meanwhile the insiders make 300% in the meantime.
You're right - something doesn't smell right When PIC merged with XL in a SPAC, the shares were converted over night. They should have been prepared. Maybe someone was told to work "slow"
