I believe "tweets" have become the norm as a form of communication.. but I am sure there are "rules" as to what can and can't be disclosed in a tweet without a formal notification..
An 8-K is a report of unscheduled material events or corporate changes at a company that could be of importance to the shareholders or the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
As an example, WDL* management puts out an 8K I believe every time it does one of its podcasts (which were broadcast at one point every two weeks and at times even more frequently)..
so to really protect the integrity of the information.. GRST management could do something similar (even if it was just once every two weeks).. and I believe all bases would be covered.
