I always wondered why some ambulance chasing lawyer in some dark corner of the country didn't step up and offer a class action suit with shareholders, considering the enormity of the rewards, if successful. As far as I remember, all the suits filed went after a small piece here or a small piece there of the overall scandal and all the players. None of them went for the jugular.
