Good stuff Merc! One of the main reasons I even bought into SIRC at the $.03 level. I kept doing the math on the ‘multiples’ and the return it could/would produce if they grow.
Interesting video. Looks as if selling the biz was Hunter’s goal all along. He mentions cash and stock; is the amount of stock in the transaction public record? Anyone have any thoughts? Was the stock transaction pre or post run up? Just posing some questions that come to mind.
