I don't think you screwed up at all. I've been averaging up and I rarely do that.

Hold on to your shares. Watkins was told it takes roughly 30 days after all required documents are submitted to have CE removed. Last Fins were Feb 18th, so I expect Week of March 22 to be when it will get removed. Patience will pay off big time here!
