Not true! With Filings they are Reactivating them.. Ive only seen like 2 so far but then not a lot been suspended... Def cracking down and will remain to be seen what all of the filings will be required.. and some may go to Gray Sheets.. not a total death penalty but not very good either.. time will tell! Going to start scaring a lot of traders that is true as well... Crazy! Not sure why let it get so darn crazy in the 1st place.. SEC.. Shrug???.... ugh!!

Yes they have, and another one that was declared 100% dead (suspended) months ago by L,MD and JS, claiming it would be revoked by the SEC with no possible way to stop it, never happened. And that was 5-6 months ago. Glad I did not sell it then.

Why?

Because I got a shareholder meeting notice by email from the brokers a week ago.

It may be on Nasdaq this year.

Yes 99% (?) of them are toast.

This one? I have no clue. But some one bought a hell of lot shares recently, Billions.

Not in it, know little about it, except it has an SEC 15-12g and reported OTC financials (since the 15-12g) in 2018.
