I agree about the crookedness with this game and big players. Plug Power has established the mission and vision under Andy and he should be given due credit. My concern would be that this company is growing and expanding at lightning speed and Andy obviously cant do it on his own- north america, asia, europe and elsewhere...lets hope he has people with the integrity, honesty and work ethic to perform for the good of the company....hence shareholders...options appear to tell the tale from time to time.....GLTA...have a good weekend.

Would you rather PLUG sold even MORE shares at $4 and diluted the company even more ?

I think it is good planning on a companies part to issue more shares when the market and a companies stock price is overheated.

PLUG is basically giving Amazon and Wal-Mart the equipment for free with what they go the warrants for. That was a rediculus diluting deal.
