The evidence has been there for all of the other Courts and Judges as well. If you listened to the orals, it's clear they don't really grasp everything, or don't want to.

Regarding looking the other way? That's been their strong suit thus far.

Yep, but not the first one of them can separate politics from what is right and just,IMO . . . .not the first one.
