Yes that is right in the OTC. But this is a great move by the company. Think about this. 5.07 Billion share is what they have now. After the split they will have 1,2675 Billion. If the PPS is $1.00 at the split ,the new PPS will be $4.00 PPS. Now the Day traders and some more will be scared to play with that much money. Also more Big Buyers will come in. New Name, New PPS higher value, less short selling, All I see is WIN WIN WIN. Plus now the FLOAT will be in play, and we all know LOW FLOAT drives the PPS up.
