Why is The Decider's war in Iraq failing? Because he LIED to the American public about why is was necessary to pre-emptively invade a country that DID NOTHING to us - a 3rd world country with a 3rd world military. But...Iraq did have OIL.

Sorry, but he went one speech too far with his neocon handlers. Unfortunately his great sense of duty to the CIC extended far into his civilian life. That UN speech was painful to hear, and it alone will be Powell's legacy. Too bad.
