the people that run company:
- have just effected a 1-16 reverse split after telling shareholders they weren’t going to do that LIES
- claimed they had enough money then attempted to do a 60 million share offering, but for some reason couldn’t and then had to wait post-split to do the raise LIES
-fired 36% of their employees, yet executive salaries and stock bonuses are gigantic WOW
- scammed the SBA and the American people by taking out a $781,000 PPP EMERGENCY FUNDS LOAN after stating how great they were doing LIES
