Iraq skiped the slow boil they went straight to capitalism except the government owns all resources then sells all to private companies. It's the worst of both worlds, good luck Iraqi people. It works in China i have to admit and Saddam had it figured out, maybe after maliki ethnic clenses Bagdad of all the sunis it will work in Iraq. But then I think it would have been better to leave Saddam in power, less bloodshed for the same end result.
