Obviously it was a company that is a shell and it is reverse merging so clearly it is in the process of converting still! Don’t come on this board and try to scare people!

I made some phone calls. Downloaded the Documents in Nevada. Spoke to older Registered agent and called TA. Gonna take me some time to put this all in picture form and I need a big glass of wine to do this but I think you made a mistake here and this is not hijacked at all. Yes 100% There was an attempt to Hijack ADNY awhile back that is a fact.

Ok here it goes... If this is a true Hijack it is by far the most detailed one i have come across over the years... I do not even know where to start so i am just gonna put it all out here for everyone and move on... This one caught my attention actually because I despise RENU and was burned by that crap stock almost a decade ago.... I am glad its gone forever, but here with ADNY i think you lumped it into the RENU crap from the past which makes sense because it was a previous hijack but just like Wilf Blum and DPBE a few years back sometimes it is the company and not a hijack like when he re instated DPBE...
Here is what i have come up with.. I trust your opinion and what you say so i hope you spend time looking at this as i take time reading and compressing your DD and experience...
I have downloaded the whole merger and took a screen shot of each page.. My Phone resolution is terrible so i hope it all comes out clean...
1st.. I called incorp the old registered agent and they did acknowledge the Merged out ADNY is the correct company aka Stock ADNY. They would not explain what the other ADNY is but it is not the stock ADNY. My guess it was part of the older hijack but i have no idea that would be just speculation on my part...

Next here is the Updated Merged out ADNY (Carepay Inc) - With the correct name now CarePay INC... Originally based on the filings i read it was intially changed to CarePay LLC.. Not sure why. Either it was a mistake or they did not want people to know CarePay Inc was going Public.. I have no clue just a guess... As you can see below it matches the Original entity that was formed with all the previous names of the company.. It is the correct ADNY You can even see they change the name from Adino to Carepay LLC to CarePay INC in one of the bottom documents...
Also i went back on IHUB to look to see if there was a promotion or anything and found on July 5th 2020 the OS for ADNY was 156 Million.. Now there is no screen shot showing the SS on OTC Markets but i would assume this number to be correct by that poster because ADNY is Transfer Verified with Pacific Stock Transfer.. They are by far the best TA out there and 100% Legit... I called them and they would not tell me when the OS was raised or Confirm it but did say their numbers are updated daily and Correct.. So i have to assume the increase in OS happened in the last few months.. Correct me if i am wrong. I do not think Pacific Stock Transfer would Transfer or allow any Stock to be issued by a Hijacker.. There would have to be some sort of Proof of purchase or Previous CEO acknowledgement or the Transfer Agent would be held Liable in a Big way... Next here is the complete Merger Docs from Nevada.. Also Note at the end of the documents it even List the Montana Docs linking the merger.. Now i do not think a Hijacker would be this detailed with Signatures Article of corporation etc etc etc... It just would be so much Work.. Also the people who took over seem to be legit and the Addresses all Match to CarePay INC... Also the People involved have connections to CarePay INC... It is 19 Pages and sorry about the crap resolution...

I hope this helps Clarify that ADNY looks to me like a Real Deal Merger.. Not a Hijack or Pump..
