I posted the SOS info just as information. The information in this version just tells us thier status is in good standing.
I don't know if they have a transfer agent yet.
The Registered agent is basically just a glorified mailbox for anyone who wants to contact the company.
Calgarylady sent a letter through to them some time ago on our behalf and I thought I would follow up with another one to them this coming week.
(BTW...Thanks again for that Calgary...that might have been the reason for the last PR..lol..)
