you said previously: "What size batch in the future is not mentioned."..
"the Company received its first small shipment of spider silk from Prodigy textiles"
that clearly implies more small shipments to come...why there would be more small shipments going to kblb hq, i do not know...but that is what was implied...
i would presume they would have a ton of product waiting until a small sample could be analyzed before releasing it for delivery...
but the pr also states they are only now gearing up for large scale production...so thats not likely...
but it also means that theres not likely a large shipment waiting for delivery any time soon if they are only now gearing up...
so the future should be tonnage...but that future isnt now...and imo, it should be...
"I am not sure how hard it is to understand "first"."
no harder than understanding "FIRST small shipment"...
"If there were no more it would still be a first."
and if there were a thousand more small shipments, it would still have been the first...
"It is a business so I think it's very apparent that there should hopefully be a 1000th shipment at some point."
that has been the dream for 11 yrs...
"So yes it does imply there will be a second."
it specifically implies a second "small shipment"...
"But how does "second" imply size?"
when kim said it was the "FIRST small shipment"....it implies a SECOND small shipment...
"The second could be huge or 1 pound"
in which case kim would have stated that he had received the first shipment and then indicated that it was small in size...
if someone tells you they got their first small check, you would assume there are more small checks to come...if they tell you they got their first check, but it was small, you would assume, there will be other checks but they could be for more...
its simple logic...
"Kim has been scaling up since the first egg was injected."
11 yrs ago?...see, thats the problem...people can say something but without being specific, it is open to interpretation...and rightly so...
"There is plenty to complain about with Kim. A delivery isnt one of them."
it is when this is not the delivery anyone was expecting or even wanted...a small delivery...to themselves???...that doesnt prove mass production, quality or consistency..
after 4 months??...and NOW they will begin scaling up?...
