Unless and until Congress cuts off funding for additional US troops for Iraq, The Decider will continue adding US bodies to the Iraq civil war.
Adding 20,000 to the approx 15,000 US troops already in Baghdad - population +5 million - will not do any good. Eventually, MORE AND MORE US troops will be going to Iraq...can you say VietNam?
