diluting shares to a certain extent could be a good thing for long term... it would be beneficial to dump some shares to pay off some debt during this run up...dumping them when price is high means they don't have to dilute as many to achieve a certain dollar amount.. reducing debt or raising capital to acquire more stores and expand is what this business needs
