Explain how he harmed retail investors?

No one forced retail investors to spend their life savings on a $400 stock. Him or retail investors were not at fault when RH and other brokers halted trades. The information he discovered was public information.

What about the retail investors that benefited from this? Why must we always focus on the negative? I mean, we cannot all be winners.

You might want to check out some of his Youtube videos from a couple years ago and then make an opinion about him instead of just assuming or copy pasting false information.

I’m still unsure what you’re trying to prove here. It sounds like you lost.. perhaps lost a lot and I am sorry if this is true. Hopefully you’re able to reflect on your poor decision making and not only learn but benefit from them in the future.

“He is a licensed broker and what he did is securities fraud. “

You continue to state this as a fact although this it is not. Where is the proof as he was not affiliated with MM at the time?

It’s time to prove this this revelation or admit that it is not real.....one or the other.

Pure nonsense.

He wasn’t a broker. He briefly helped create educational financial material.

He spent his time learning the market like the rest of us; in his private time as an amateur.

Is this the kind of “DD” being done now by you guys? Regurgitation of poorly researched articles?

I’m embarrassed for you.
