The 2006 10-K
is not required, only the remaining Q's from 2005-6, six in total. And a formal repsonse to the SEC.
I would imagine the 2006 10-K will be even less exciting when it is finally put up, which is good as far as I am concerned. The whole idea here is to get picked up now and get onto the OTCbb, where the stock will be more visible and possible attract a Pref-C partner. We want to go there as uncomplicated, and clean, as possible.
