The platform will manage an individual’s COVID-19 Vaccine and Test Journey documenting all transitions, including healthcare appointments, billing, and telehealth services. This will also include a Digital Passport or Digital Wallet that is QR-coded for registration, verification, and documentation of COVID-19 vaccination and/or test results.

Mr. Weisberg added, “The COVID-19 digital passport roll-out will be our Phase 1 service launch for the myVax™ platform; however, the full scope of this partnership expands well beyond COVID-19 and is expected to powerfully augment our overall positioning in the rapidly growing Telehealth marketplace. We look forward to providing further updates and additional detail in subsequent communications.”

PFE Pfizer-BioNTech Shot Stops Covid Spread, Israeli Study Shows

Pfizer accelerated shipments to Israel, with Israel agreeing to be field testing guinea pigs for the vaccine. Especially in regards to new variants. Believe Pfizer is playing the same game in S Africa. Along with JNJ.

On the plus side evidence from Israel the first Pfizer shot provides 75-85% protection. Age demographics unclear. The negative side is partial protection could allow the Covid virus under selective pressure of an enhanced immune system to mutate into yet more variants. So as to escape the vaccines.

In NC the first group (Medical professionals) received the Pfizer vaccine. Old 65+ farts in Group 2 are receiving the Moderna vaccine. I got my first Moderna shot 1 week ago. Only side effect was slight soreness in the arm. Less than experienced with the super duper flu shot they handed out to Seniors this past Fall. Shingles was the nasty one per arm soreness.

In comparing Pfizer to Moderna...

One study has Moderna like Pfizer at 80% efficacy after one shot. Expected it would go down as age increases.

The Pfizer vaccine yields an immune response containing both CD4+ (helper T-cells), and CD8+ (Cytotoxic T cells). Whereas, Moderna yields only CD4+ cells. Which means for the Moderna vaccinated, the CD4+ cells have to grab a Covid virus/protein, and then find/recruit a CD8+ cell to react to it. So the Pfizer vaccine is sort of a half step ahead of the Moderna in T-cell response as a result of stimulating CD8+ cells. A small difference.

Don't have much of a handle on the J&J particulars. The JNJ could be a hit in the 3rd world countries due to being 1 shot, and easy storage. Also in the yearly booster Covid lottery. The AZN (Oxford) vaccine is garbage per the 65+ crowd. The vaccine the UK has been using for the masses.

An up&comer is the NVAX vaccine for reasons discussed before. Where they have plenty of load room to jumble together all kinds of future variant proteins. Unclear how agile the Pfizer, and Moderna vaccines will be in dealing with a slew of new variants by the end of year. Moderna and probably Pfizer too are already working on new mRNA spike sequences for the variants.
