Because on 2/20 the Company declared that disclosure statement inactive and replaced it with this one:

Guess what the revised version doesn't say? It doesn't say this:

No mention of a cannabis/hemp market has ever been made in relation to Aimrite. Certainly not on its website. There's NOTHING AT ALL on its website.

All of that DD rendered irrelevant by the Company itself with one little correction. What a shame.

So now that the removal of that statement from the filing by AIMH has been explained away as a copy and paste from the COVID section in a ECGI Supplemental filing in January we're back to my.....

....and all of your DD involving the cannabis/hemp market in California is back to being irrelevant. It will only become relevant if and when THIS Company announces its intention to involve itself in that market. So far, as noted, it hasn't.

Based on the reports filed since that statement it looks like their involvement with the cannabis/hemp market in California has been limited to maybe blowing a few joints.

According to virtually EVERYTHING else that has been written (and not written) about AIMH, including the recent pathetic ad and the OTCMarket Shell status designation, you're not. You're not involved in any market other than the Shell For Sale market.
