Honestly I thought it was gone semi-permanently 6 months or so back when people were pounding the shit out of it after it ran one of these cycles. I don't think these things ever go away completely. If they can keep their pinky slip and round up enough hungry "investor" money(victims) to pay their fees, they'll be back to do it again and again and again and again. That's the cycle of the pump and dump. They only keep the pinky papers and filings done so they can run another cycle of dilution once the burned move on. That's why people keep buying them. Because they know they're going to come back at some point...until they don't. As long as people are willing to pay to take the ride , the train'll keep a'comin... And they will..
