Well yea, carvic... because it's ON TV, and they have to click a channel on the remote. The food network is a network and has their own channel broadcast frequency and they pay for it. They have a broadcast studio and uplink their signal to whatever headend they subscribe to. Tfn is just another media supplier trying to enter the market like everyone else. What's worst for shareholders is we are vested with a holding company with no paper trail. So shareholders are left with faith to gamble on. whatever floats your boat.
