Only if there're still buyers willing to drive it up. I doubt it when there're no PRs from the company or some kind of communication which indicate brightness on business. Looks like momentum of penny stocks overall are decreasing lately. And this one can't escape such fate when there's no catalyst or players wanting it to go up higher. Chart is about to deteriorate if there's no timely PR. When people feel it can't go higher they will leave. Even low volumes can take this down easily when there's absence of buyers.
