Barrick DEFRAUDED a BUY and SELL contract with an unconstitutional "not serious price" in full constitutional contravention of the legal doctrine of the contract

a) Barrick did a UNILATERAL CONTRACT. Not allowed at law in Chile. That is in the category of "simulated and fase contract"

b) Barrick affixed a 10,000 pesos value to the contract, or less than paid to the Notary Public to condone and Notarized the 4 crimes 4 contracts, consecutive role numbers, date and time. Breach of contractual law.

c) Barrick forbid my Agent from "annexing new lands" I did it anyways my way 2011 when TSX decided to onstruct business and justice v. MWR

d) The OBLIGATIONS of a contract are LAW for the contracting parties, DOCTRINE OF THE CONTRACT Legislator Alessandri, Chilean Conmtractual law. hence Barrick must deliver to me MINA PASCUA constituted. or else JAIL.
