It never did, it never will. Not even after O $ $ A was paud to lie. TESOROS is ordered to die, in its place AMARILLOS SUR and NORTE to revive. That Judgment shall be upheld.

Is there evidence of this in the courts in Chile and if not what is preventing this to come about if as you ay you have the evidentiary proof after all these years to bring this into being law and order in the foggy world of Chilean Mining jurisprudence.
