This on their books in restructuring the deal has been a REMBRANT of legal labyrinths.
You gotta hand it to them they were really pissed at you and your gang for scooping their Lac Deal!

So now on a countacause they they did this the sale was put into question by your extensive legal efforts but is still valid on the registers in Chile.
