RD I think far too little information is available to justify such an idea.

I believe the auditors are 99% complete with the audit but are being held at bay by LP in order to include the airline deals in the "Other events" section of the report. LP is trying to make this financial report as strong as possible in order to support the forward split, S-1 and unplist application. I really think we see those financials in the next 2 weeks. LP, please correct me if I am wrong.
