I agree it’s possible she would sell the shell but I don’t think we can expect any operations at all with Zayjay. I’m hoping too that Thrasio merges with THRA. It would make sense for them to go the SPAC route. They are aggressively growing and don’t think they will go the IPO route, (costly & and a longer process), IMO, THRA stock has been on life support for many years now and hopefully with good reason to keep it alive.
