There is only one partner CNOOC this is who the Chinese government has put up. Forum has no cash so expect to get diluted either by PXP or CNOOC or both. Worse case, the wells are not drilled by June 2022 and Forum loses the property which is a real threat. Locals figure we should expect Mr Uys to end up with the property for free. Anyway nothing to be done just sit and wait.
