They’re grey market. They won’t show a bid or ask. I don’t think level 2 either. Tough to trade.

New SEC rules in place since Jan2021 that brokers cannot quote prices for stocks that do not meet their new requirements. This applies to Expert Market and Grey Market tickers. Your brokers are allowed to keep supplying charts though. I still trade Expert Market tickers the same way that I do with Pinks, except that I choose my prices by looking at the chart/L2 instead of bid/ask.
