So what, the whole OTC has had these dead stocks do the very same thing. By the way, there are 5.6 Billion shares in the FLOAT as per the Transfer Agent. The 3.6 Billion Float number is a stale 2010 number from the last disclosure filed. That is why the TA now provides current share structure numbers due to lack of transparency and dead tickers that haven't disclosed anything like this turd for over 10 years.
