It's simple math. Take what you consider to be the value of that company and divide it by the number of outstanding shares. Also keep in mind that the company hasn't posted a profit, has been sinking deeper into debt, and has been diluting like crazy just to keep from going under. Sorry, but I don't share your wild optimism. Good luck.
