By looking at the number of visitors from a similar OTC company that put up a webpage photo of the Shanghai skyline on December 3, 2020 and does not even offer a service received 1000 visitors per day - 1/3 to answer your question.

I am in another stock that has been waiting for a tier change for months. Must be some backlog on corporate actions. Symbol change will get here eventually IMO.
