I think it needs to be used but it is ultimately MATT that bans. If a board is all pump and bashers are banned, the fault lies there. Given the right to ban is fine as long as the final verdict is for equality on the board not personal vendetta or oneside pumping!

The banning feature should be done away with altogether.

I believe history will show that once the feature was instituted, IHUB's demise began.

I didn't know Ihub had stopped growing.

When did that happen?
