I believe, as a follow up to the last PR, around the 16th we will get another, or at least SKYE will respond to the extent of divulging what is happening. jmho. I stillthink Feb 07 willbe showdown month. We have made a lot of progress, and we have, I believe, isolated the hold out (DTCC) and what we need to know is what the DTCC is saying (its current EXCUSE) as per the MEETING, the LETTER. But who knows what mischief the bashers have been able to effect by telling the SEC of supposed irregularities, etc, to be investigated. Now, the SEC loves investigation. It takes months (due to lack of staff, another planned situation). Discouraging, but we
are fighting for a lot of money and nothing involving big bucks does not involve a tussel (to say the least). All in my humble opinion.
