To me "wait and see" is here and now with pending SCOTUS. It will give direction to the path resolution. Meaning that other court cases will begin to move and the current administration have legal reasons and pressure to settle this matter.
Lots of variable to consider but I see it as the way to break this logjam for shareholders benefit.
I am sure you see this as SCOTUS doing nothing and putting us into years and years of more litigation with no end in sight.......that is your choice........we hear you almost every day, every week.........same story.....negative, really negative and incredibly negative.
