There are market makers with the ability to sell naked shares in NASDAQ, that is how they do it they just cover if it gets retail momentum and they win if it goes down. but there are no entities with that ability here. This is the grey market AND a caveat emptor? So no naked shares, market makers, or added shares without coming off the grey otc and the skull and crossbones label.

I think one company or group had been accumulating and has now close to a billion shares and will keep them locked until it is at a level they want to dump so keep alert this could be super fast.
Like as in ten minutes.
I have seen 4000% pops that quick and then the stock falls to oblivion and .0001
I of course don't know anything more than you we could both be wrong.
