I know Tony is in the Jax area, so here is a comparison to current sales.

12 years ago I did a Panda Express buildout on Normandy Blvd in front of Walmart. At the other end of the strip mall was a Firehouse Subs. I got to know the manager of Firehouse and his goal was to get annual sales over $1MM.

If they reached their goal, this is one sandwich shop in one location in one city doing twice the sales of a product in multiple states.

If the store went up for sale, there’s no way someone would pay $46MM for the store, including the property.
