From what I can tell, Angeli was content in being an instigator, riling people up and watching them do the damage while he took the limelight. You will notice he gets himself on many videos, poses with people etc, always posing for media, yet I don't believe he did any damage himself. I also think he walked in that side door where those 4 or 5 cops just stepped back. I still don't know what that was about and I'm hoping it comes out in the trial. I'm pretty sure that would come from the defense although.
He's an egomaniac hambone. But he should do time for inciting the riot as well and trespassing. I doubt he will get prison time. It would be nice, but unless he broke some major federal law, not a misdemeanor, he may walk. He definitely was in on planning and organization, perhaps that will be good enough to plant him in jail for awhile. Not a lawyer.
