What does that have to do with the message being negative or positive on this board? I can see if the main business of this company is to sell shares but that is not the case here right? This company is about being a niche player providing a service that the industry needs and treasures.
What does the shares out have to do with the mood of this board? I say nothing. In my opinion, the mood and tone of this board is set by the decade of over promise and under deliver that is reflected in the declining price. How will the company supplement the earnings and cash flow loss in the future? I say they will dilute current shareholders by selling stock.
Posters being negative has everything to do with the losses and unrealized potential and 0 to do with how many shares are out.
