Yes I agree. That's why I said look at it's history. Historically, the 1cent mark for APRU is a very volatile area.
If it's going up, it usually sits around 1cent a few weeks/months before it pops again. Same thing with going down. sits aroud the 0.0090-0.0110 range before a slow trickle down.
