i wasn't aware of that----------fwiw, i have emailed matt twice about the specific issue/violator and never received any response. With your revelation about such powers (or lack of in this instance), i owe board moderators an apology. I had always assumed they had such power in their own right. From this point forward, my criticism of board moderators will cease. Until your post, i had recently assumed they were in cahoots of some sort. Again, i owe the lot of you an apology. Of course, i extend no such apology to matt. IMHO, he should have taken prompt action. I know i was not alone in my complaint.
