I recognize some people, in the head banner of the link you posted, of European extreme right wing parties that have been procecuted for racism and xenophobism. On the right G. Wilders (the blond, slightly curly haired guy with tie, from the Netherlands - PVV) is one of them. IMO, I'd be very careful with that source.

I will not further post on this because it is, IMO, off topic.

As for COVID-19:

I'd use John Hopkins as the source of COVID-19 contaminations, deaths, etc.

Via the sub-links on this page you can VERIFY if claims about statistics are correct or not because they keep historic data.

I think it is fair to say that John Hopkins can be considered a trustable source as for COVID-19 they are the center of an international network including the statistics of ALL countries.
