TD will let you trade, but they're rejecting AON and FOK orders. I haven't looked at the share structure, but I'm guessing it's really low float.

My rule is, if I can't get in at .0001 or .0002, I'll try once at .0003, after that it's too small to chart and too volatile to trade blind.
