It's been trading outside the Bollinger Bands for days, it's just resetting on the chart and getting back in the bands imo. I think it hits the $1.30-$1.70 range before it takes off again. I had a buy order in all day at $1.51 which is a fair value imo. I believe there is a group of investors on the sidelines waiting to "buy in" at the right opportunity or when the chart says its a good value
