Gores spac team which did LAZR among others just filled Gores 6; Gores 5 GRSV/GRSVW should be 'anyday' imo as it's the 1st time they've done them out of order.
I am not saying it is BUT I have been considering that Archer could be possibly be their target? Both in California and Archer maybe liked what they saw with LAZR?
Pure speculation on the Archer angle BUT I really do think we hear of a deal 'soon'.... possibly very soon-
