Believe what you wish. He could give an update when all patients are dosed. The expectation was set that the trial would start last week. What is material is if it didn’t start.

Agree, the trial hasn't started as Leo will surely PR the event... Lets see if he issues a statement today? tired of next week, next month, next quarter...It's all fluff news to sell stock and it worked. CDEL is dumping like crazy.

"scheduled to start" is not a binding statement.

A schedule is a tangible thing. I think it is distinguishable from the exemplars of forward looking statement language provided by the Company itself:
"Innovation has in some cases identified forward-looking statements by using words such as “anticipates,” “believes,” “hopes,” “estimates,” “looks,” “expects,” “plans,” “intends,” “goal,” “potential,” “may,” “suggest,” and similar expressions."

"Scheduled to start is NOT a binding statement in the same sense that "will start" is not a binding statement. But the phrase used provides an obligation on the part of the Company...objectively and reasonably if not legally...to provide a statement if the event doesn't occur when scheduled. It looks like the market may have expected to see such a statement yesterday. No such statement needs to be made if the event HAS occurred per the HEADLINE, but some might reasonably expect one to be made.
