I agree with you. This is why we are holding and waiting for them to start refining cobalt into cash. Plus they also have the silver mine which they are going to get some royalties from. That is gravy for us.

While investing in a stock such as this one is speculative, I don't look an any investment I make as gambling. Like most successful investors, I look at a stock's situation and make a calculated judgement as to whether to invest in it. There are several factors that enter into a decision to invest in this one. First and foremost is the advent of the electric vehicle age. That will require Cobalt in huge quantities, and at present, the only major source for that is China. A North American company producing Cobalt will be in a unique position to succeed, being the only such company.

As an aside, back when I didn't have two nickles to rub against one another, I did gamble a bit. Gambling targets the poor. When I used to buy lottery tickets, I noted that most of those buying them bought multiple tickets. One of them would hit it big just often enough to suck the rest into the hope that it might be them next time. I have not bought a lottery ticket in thirty years. While I could afford to go to the track or play poker, it doesn't interest me. Investing does, and while some of my investments do not work out the way I envision them to, others do. Over the five decades in which I have been an equity investor I have done OK.
