For what it's worth, Ranchhand71, why don't you try sending Dr. Chan a note asking him a reasonable question? I have, and he answered me, although it has been long enough ago that I don't remember the context. He does read, and he does answer legitimate e-mails. Just don't waste his time with something you could have easily found yourself.
